First Aide will provide you with details on joining the telehealth video call.
First Aide will send Responders to the patients home at the time of the appointment, the Responders will take the patients vitals and document the results.
If you are unavailable to join the call. A First Aide provider will conduct the visit and send you a detailed summary of the visit.
You can refer First Aide's services to those patients you are finding challenging to reach, or as an after-hours service
The Responder will setup the telehealth video call. You can now examine the patient, see vitals, and direct the Responder to preform rapid tests or collect specimens.
Based on the findings You or our Provider can order labs prescribe medications and recommend follow up care.
